• KALDI Motorised Coffee Roaster WIDE model (up to 300g)
• Flame Arrest (Mesh Plate): The Mesh Plate enhances heat utilisation and temperature regulation. It ensures complete combustion of gas and transforms round-shaped flames into square ones, enabling conductive and convective heat to flow into the stainless steel drum seamlessly. The chaff that falls into the chaff collector from the perforated drum can be easily extracted by sliding out the plate like a drawer.
• Perforated Drum: The drum is a crucial component of any roasting machine. Our drum is constructed from two millimetre-thick stainless steel and features numerous holes, each with a diameter of three millimetres. It is equipped with three stirring blades for stable agitation.
• Peripheral Equipment: A user-friendly hopper kit is included, featuring an analogue thermometer, a chaff tray, and a sampler. The thermometer is mounted on the kit, with a measuring sensor positioned one-third of the way into the drum. Once roasting is complete, simply remove the hopper kit, grasp the handle of the machine, and quickly tilt the body to release the roasted beans.
